“Academy Appraisal, Inc. started with three guys that were being mistreated by their employer.  They worked in a system where the next appraiser got the next order and they were not located in the same area every day.  That all changed in 1994.  These three guys spent their life savings to start the company that would begin to change the game.  Academy Appraisal, Inc. was founded in 1994 and has established a legacy of excellence in the real estate appraisal industry in Warminster, PA, and the surrounding 13 counties. As a family-owned business, we are committed to ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and responsiveness.
